About Bedrock Bedrock Facility Solutions helps companies with multiple locations manage repairs, maintenance, service providers, assets, and facility activity across their properties. Pebble, our facility management platform, keeps work orders, communication, estimates, invoices, response times, and location history organized. Bedrock works with licensed and insured service providers to complete the trade work requested by our clients. The Role We are hiring a Service Provider Network Manager to build and maintain strong service coverage throughout Florida. When a client needs an electrician in Jacksonville, an HVAC company in Miami, or an urgent plumber in Tampa, the service team needs a qualified company ready to respond. This role makes sure that coverage is in place before a request arrives. Finding a company name online is not enough. You will learn what each service provider does, where they work, whether their documentation is current, how quickly they respond, and whether they meet Bedrock’s service expectations. You will work closely with operations, billing, customer success, and Bedrock leadership.
