VidOps Team Lead

Description An empty job that is used for creating requisitions 'from Beamr is seeking a US-based VidOps Team Lead to lead and develop our VidOps team while remaining hands-on in video solutions engineering and customer engagements. This role combines deep video technology expertise, software and systems engineering skills, people management, and a strong sales mindset. You will guide the team in designing, evaluating, integrating, and supporting solutions built on Beamr technologies and platforms, working closely with Sales to align technical work with customer needs and commercial priorities. Lead and develop the VidOps team, setting priorities, allocating work, managing performance, and coaching team members in technical and customer-facing skills. Partner with Sales to assess prospect fit and commercial potential, prioritize technical work across accounts, and deliver customer-facing demonstrations and technical discussions during the sales process. Lead customer evaluations and proofs of concept, defining scope, measurable success criteria, timelines, and next steps with Sales and customers to support commercial decisions. Contribute hands-on to the design, implementation, and support of advanced video processing and encoding solutions using Beamr technologies and platforms. Collaborate with customers to understand their video workflow needs and develop tailored solutions. Create benchmarks and frameworks to analyze video processing solutions and workflows. Troubleshoot
