BDR is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our growing team! This is a remote position. This position requires U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (Tier 2 Moderate Risk) clearance. Role Overview The Senior Product Manager owns platform product management activities, including Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), product roadmaps, backlog management, release planning, customer engagement, and outcome-oriented delivery. This role is responsible for ensuring customer experience data is captured and acted upon as customers move through intake, onboarding, and platform use. Responsibilities Establish and operate a platform product management framework covering OKR alignment, evolving roadmaps, backlog creation and grooming, sprint planning and execution, release planning, and outcome-oriented reporting. Lead development, publication, and maintenance of product roadmaps, including customer experience milestones, platform-level epics, team swim-lanes, and identification and resolution of dependencies and risks.
