We are hiring a Senior Web Designer to lead the quality, consistency, and execution of digital experiences across campaigns, brands, and client engagements. This is a hands-on role focused on designing and building high-performance websites that bring creative vision to life through thoughtful UI and UX execution. In this role, you will own the full lifecycle of website development, from site mapping and wireframing in Figma to final build and launch in WordPress using a page builder, translating high-level creative direction into polished, interactive digital experiences. Partnering closely with the Art Director - Design and Creative Director while owning execution, you will ensure all websites are visually strong, intuitive to navigate, mobile responsive, accessible, and optimized for performance and conversion, collaborating with strategists, copywriters, designers, and account teams to deliver high-impact web solutions that
