Release Train Engineer (RTE) - DHMS

Title: Release Train Engineer (RTE) Function: Enterprise Intelligence and Data Solutions (EIDS) | PEO DHMS / Workforce 3.0 Location: Remote Reports to: Program Manager of EIDS POSITION SUMMARY: We are looking for a senior Release Train Engineer (RTE) to support Enterprise Intelligence and Data Solutions (EIDS) as part of BCG Federal's Workforce 3.0 managed solution for the Program Executive Office, Defense Healthcare Management Systems (PEO DHMS). The RTE will serve as the servant leader and chief Scrum Master / Team Coach for an EIDS Agile Release Train (ART), owning the ART operating rhythm and helping multiple technical and product teams plan, coordinate, execute, and improve together. This role will lead PI Planning and ART-level execution; facilitate ART Syncs, iteration reviews, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt and related events; manage risks, impediments, dependencies, and escalation paths; coach Scrum Masters / Team Coaches, Product Owners, Product Management, and delivery teams; and maintain transparent delivery information in Azure DevOps (ADO). The RTE will work closely with EIDS Government leads, the Solution Train Engineer (STE), peer RTEs, DSO / SAFe implementation resources, Product and Platform leaders, BCG, and other contractor teams. EIDS operates a large, technically diverse federal health-data portfolio spanning data, analytics, cloud, application, cybersecurity, and integration capabilities.
