What matters more is that you enjoy taking on responsibility. You will likely fit in well with us if you bring several years of experience in IT consulting, preferably in the banking and insurance sector, have already gained experience in software development projects, possess methodological experience in IT business analysis, and can explain complex business and technical topics in an understandable way.
