Digital Engagement Lead YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Drive adoption and effective utilization of Bayer digital tools and capabilities across the Business Unit. Partner with commercial teams to integrate digital solutions into customer engagement and account planning. Support sales teams in identifying opportunities where digital capabilities can deliver value to growers and customers. Develop the digital knowledge and capabilities of commercial teams through coaching, training, demonstrations, and field support. Engage with customers to support the use and understanding of relevant digital platforms and solutions. Act as a connector between field teams and digital organizations, communicating customer needs, user feedback, adoption barriers, and opportunities for improvement. Monitor digital engagement and adoption to identify gaps and opportunities for increased utilization.
