Amazon & E-commerce Marketing Manager

About Basic Research Basic Research is a Salt Lake City-based health and beauty company behind brands including SeroVital and Novex Biotech. Our products are sold direct to consumer, on Amazon, and at major retailers nationwide. We’re building a lean, in-house performance team that moves fast, tests constantly, and lets the data decide. About the Role We’re looking for an Amazon & E-commerce Marketing Manager to lead the overall strategy and growth of SeroVital and Novex Biotech on Amazon, and to own the Novex Biotech Shopify store. You’ll own the plan, the results, and the standards behind every listing and product page, so that our products are easy to find, convert well, and stay in stock. You’ll partner closely with our Amazon Ads Manager, who runs Amazon paid media day to day. You set the direction (growth goals, priority products, promotions, and budget focus), and the two of you work together on how ads, organic ranking, and listing content drive results. You’ll also work hand in hand with our Head of Performance on traffic to the Novex site, with Operations on forecasting and inventory, and with our creative team on images, video, and content. This role is a good fit for someone with 5+ years of Amazon and e-commerce experience at a consumer brand or agency, who has owned channel strategy and growth targets, has run a Shopify store, knows what great listings and product pages look like, and is comfortable leading across teams.
