Job Title: Offshore Delivery Manager Location: Remote – Pakistan Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 7+ Years Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Offshore Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional operations, manage project delivery, and serve as the primary point of coordination between U.S.-based stakeholders and offshore teams in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional project management, business process optimization, offshore operations, ERP migrations, and stakeholder management . This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives across multiple departments. Key Responsibilities Project Delivery & Operations Management Oversee end-to-end delivery of cross-functional projects across Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and Operations. Manage project timelines, deliverables, resources, and service-level agreements (SLAs). Coordinate offshore teams to ensure timely execution and operational efficiency. Identify project risks, resolve operational bottlenecks, and ensure accountability. Stakeholder Management & Communication Act as the primary liaison between U.S.-based leadership and offshore teams.
