This individual will lead global procurement governance, compliance, analytics, systems administration, training, and process excellence, including Coupa Supplier Portal administration. Core Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain global procurement policies, procedures, controls, delegated authority requirements, and governance standards. Lead procurement compliance reviews, audit support, corrective-action plans, and continuous-improvement initiatives for procurement with Finance, Internal Audit, Legal, IT, and operating sites. Establish procurement compliance scorecards and executive reporting for policy adherence, purchase-order compliance, approval workflow adherence, sourcing governance, savings validation, and supplier-risk controls. Own the procurement governance calendar, including approval-matrix maintenance, policy refreshes, supplier governance reviews, and required business controls. Coordinate supplier portal governance and data standards to ensure supplier records, certifications, risk information, and onboarding documentation are complete and current.
