Senior BPN Member Experience Advisor

Department Name: Member Experience Work Shift: Day Job Category: General Operations As a Senior BPN Member Experience Advisor , you will serve as a key liaison between Banner Plans & Networks and provider practices, leading monthly standing meetings to review performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop action plans that enhance the member experience. You will analyze practice and member data, identify trends, and present findings and recommendations to provider groups, office staff, and other stakeholders through virtual meetings and educational sessions. This role partners closely with practices to implement improvement initiatives, monitor outcomes, and support member engagement strategies. Success in this position requires strong analytical, presentation, relationship-building, and consultative skills to drive operational excellence and positive member outcomes. This is a remote opportunity, your shift would be Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. CANDIDATES MUST RESIDE IN THE STATE OF COLORADO TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION.
