As a Registered Dietitian, you will support members through the Heart Wise program, a structured 4–6 week virtual program designed to help members improve their blood pressure. Through telephonic and video visits, you will provide nutrition education, establish SMART goals, monitor progress, and guide members in making lifestyle changes that support heart health and blood pressure management. This position is a remote position with up to 40 hours a week. Work shifts will be 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Monday-Friday . If this role sounds like the one for you, Apply Today!
