You will guarantee operational sustainability and excellence in the customer experience through the management of internal processes, tracking experience indicators, and validating content for partners, ensuring that the entire operation is aligned with corporate standards and oriented towards continuous improvement. You will manage key processes assigned to the management as applicable (billing, budget, annual certifications, documentation curation, and management of technology or key tools) ensuring timeliness and efficiency within them. You will ensure that the internal processes of the Management are documented, updated, and aligned with corporate policies. You will analyze and transform the indicators of the key process assigned to the management and look for action plans that strengthen their added value. You will monitor the performance of the assigned process, identifying friction points and proposing effective improvements. You will review, validate, and refine the documentation and contents of the assigned key processes, guaranteeing clarity, coherence, and alignment with Management standards.
