About the Role We are seeking a part-time RN Care Manager to support maternal health patients through care coordination, remote patient monitoring, and clinical assessment. This role is ideal for licensed Registered Nurses (RNs) with experience in case management, maternal health, or telehealth who are looking for a flexible position in a digital care environment. As a part-time team member, you will monitor patient data, conduct clinical assessments, educate patients, and escalate high-risk cases to providers using established protocols. You’ll play an important role in improving maternal health outcomes—while working remotely with a flexible schedule aligned to business needs. This is a remote, part-time (approximately 24 hours/week) position, with some flexibility around days and hours.
