Production Manager, Axios Creative House

The big picture : Axios is a modern media company dedicated to providing trustworthy, award-winning news content in an audience-first format. We are hiring a Production Manager to join the Axios Creative House team! Why it matters : The Production Manager will drive the day-to-day execution of Axios Creative House’s custom video and visual content, serving as the primary production partner to Client Success and guiding complex programs from kickoff through launch with clear ownership, timelines, and communication. Go Deeper: In this role, you will coordinate stakeholders, deliverables, approvals and production requirements while developing deep expertise in Airtable, ACH’s production operating system, to strengthen workflows, visibility and team adoption. This includes the following responsibilities and opportunities for impact: Video + custom visual content production: Manage assigned video and custom web destination programs from kickoff through delivery. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, approvals and handoffs across internal creative teams, external partners and client-facing teams. Keep projects moving by proactively identifying dependencies, following up on outstanding needs and escalating risks when necessary. Client Success partnership: Serve as the primary Production point of contact for Client Success on assigned programs.
