Legal Consultant – Margin Lending & Equity Derivatives / Prime Brokerage

We are currently on the lookout for Legal Consultants with Margin Lending & Equity Derivatives/ Prime brokerage experience to join our ranks to support our global investment banking client: Key responsibilities: Draft, review and negotiate documentation for equity‑backed financings, including margin loans using APLMA or similar industry standard loan agreements, and related security and ancillary documents. Draft, review and negotiate equity derivatives documentation (e.g. total return swaps, collar financings and related confirmations) Advise on legal and regulatory issues relevant to equity financing and equity derivatives transactions Requirements 4-8 (+) years’ post‑qualification experience (PQE) with directly relevant experience in margin loans and/or equity derivatives, ideally in a leading international law firm or financial institution. Strong experience with industry standard loan documentation (e.g. APLMA or similar) and familiarity with equity derivatives products such as total return swaps and collar financings.
