Technology Technician

ABOUT YOUR ROLE The Technology Technician serves as the primary technical liaison between Production and cross-functional teams, including Prepress, Sample Development, and Planning. This role is responsible for overseeing technical operational matters, such as process efficiency, sample specifications, and machinery setup. Additionally, the position provides technical consultation across departments and actively participates in New Product Introduction (NPI) and process improvement projects. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE Sample & Launch Management: Lead, deploy, and monitor sampling processes for new product launches, ensuring all project milestones are delivered on time through effective cross-functional coordination. Production Trials & Process Optimization: Plan and execute production trials for quality enhancement, process stabilization, and customized customer requirements; evaluate trial outcomes to ensure manufacturing repeatability. SOP Development: Formulate, standardize, and continuously refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to minimize waste and optimize production cycles. Technical Specifications & Quality Gates: Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to define accurate manufacturing parameters and quality control gates for both new samples and automated lines.
