Job Overview The Alternative Formats Quality Coordinator develops, implements, and manages quality assurance processes for accessible communications and alternative-format deliverables. The role ensures that materials produced by external vendors meet client requirements, applicable accessibility standards, and Avantpage quality expectations. Working closely with Project Managers, clients, vendors, and internal quality teams, this role reviews and improves the quality of accessible PDFs and electronic text, large print in 18-point Arial, Grade 2 Braille, and audio in CD/MP3 or equivalent formats. The position serves as Avantpage 's subject-matter expert on document accessibility and alternative-format quality, supporting consistent, compliant, and scalable delivery.
