In this role, you will take ownership of service operations, provide expert technical guidance, strengthen customer relationships, and identify opportunities to grow service offerings and revenue. You will play a key role in ensuring service quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across the region. What We Are Looking For: Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering or a related technical discipline. Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Services, Field Service, or Equipment Maintenance. Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. Proven ability to build trusted customer relationships and deliver service excellence. Leadership experience with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop service professionals. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Office, Workday, and other relevant business applications. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, matrix-driven environment. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
