Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner

The Opportunity: WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Avantor 's Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a customer focused Bilingual Talent Acquisition Partner with strong direct sourcing experience. The successful candidate will work in partnership with business hiring managers and cross-functional HR teams, and leads a full-cycle recruitment process in identifying, attracting and hiring top talent to our organization. This is position must use discretion while handling information of a sensitive, complex, and confidential nature. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Supervisor of Talent Acquisition and Avantor ’s hiring activity across the Western Hemisphere with a focus on Latin America. EXPERIENCE: Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred Certification in sourcing, diversity recruiting and/or behavioral based interviewing (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter, DDI etc.) preferred. Experience: Minimum 3+ years experience in a human resources generalist role, in-house recruiter and/or recruitment agency experience is required. Experience working within a corporate full-cycle recruitment team preferred. Collaboration Tool: Microsoft 365, Workday, or another large scale ATS preferred.
