Manager / Technical Lead

The Manager / Technical Lead is a hands-on technical delivery leader responsible for both leading the team and actively delivering the solution. This is not an oversight-only role. The expectation is that this person will personally configure, customize, troubleshoot, and implement the system alongside the team, while providing technical direction, mentoring team members, and increasing the team's overall capability. . Technical Leadership Translate business requirements into practical solution designs and implementation approaches. Establish architecture, patterns, development standards, and engineering practices.
