Clinicians should have availability during standard Eastern Time business hours, with services anticipated at up to approximately 20 hours per week based on patient volume and program needs. We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) who wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adult and geriatric patients, including those with complex behavioral health needs. This fully remote opportunity will primarily focus on psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and longitudinal behavioral health treatment. As part of our Comprehensive Behavioral Health Program, the PMHNP will work closely with an interdisciplinary team providing psychiatry, psychotherapy, behavioral health care management, and dementia care. The role will also support behavioral health referrals through our Care Transitions Program, helping patients access appropriate psychiatric care following hospitalization.
