Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Technical Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning customer communication and managing the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of cloud solutions. This role requires a proactive leader with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: Customer Communication: Own and manage all customer communications throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring transparency and satisfaction. Project Kickoff and Onboarding: Schedule and facilitate internal and kickoff calls, onboard the team and customers for project delivery. Project Management: Create and manage the lifecycle of projects using Jira boards, ensuring all tasks are tracked and completed on time. Timely Updates: Provide regular project updates to leadership, customers, and AWS sellers, ensuring all stakeholders are informed.
