Department: 12294 Enterprise Corporate - Business Applications Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: This position supports and optimizes symplr Time & Attendance and Staff Scheduling systems by partnering with clinical, operational, HR, payroll, and IT teams. Focuses on workforce scheduling, staffing operations, system integrations, and ERP quality assurance, including SIT/UAT testing and defect management. Preferred: Experience with symplr, UKG, Workday, Kronos, or similar workforce management platforms in a healthcare environment. Pay Range: $44.15 - $66.25 Major Responsibilities: ​​ Designs and develops technical and/or non-technical solutions to moderate to complex business needs and changes by gathering, compiling and reviewing information and data, examining and evaluating existing systems and procedures, identifying alternate courses of action, developing tools and/or improvements using existing software packages and coordinating the development and implementation of new functionality and new applications with user and Information Technology staff. Assists with conversion and operational support planning activities and task of multiple simultaneous projects. Manages training when applicable.
