Talent Acquisition Specialist – Sales & GTM (US Remote)

Description AudioCodes is looking for a hands-on, driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for our North America region, focusing on Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and other Go-To-Market (GTM) functions. In this role, you will take ownership of assigned recruitment pipelines—from initial hiring manager alignment through to offer rollout. Your mission Own end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, and GTM roles. Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, set expectations, and drive recruitment timelines. Build and execute proactive candidate sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other targeted channels. Conduct thorough initial screening conversations to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Guide candidates smoothly through the interview process, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience. Manage ATS data integrity (including ADP), track candidate progress, and leverage pipeline insights to optimize sourcing strategies. Requirements
