Overview Our client is a growing U.S.-based healthcare education company that trains future MRI technologists through online learning, simulation, and hands-on clinical training. Their students need strong clinical placements to graduate, and their healthcare partners need reliable talent pipelines — this role is the connective tissue between the two. Your Role This role sits at the intersection of healthcare relationship management, account management, and inside sales. You'll support existing hospital and imaging-center partners, reactivate relationships that have gone quiet, help sites resolve student and placement issues, and open new opportunities for partners to host students or send their own employees through the program. It's phone-first work: expect a mix of warm partner check-ins, the occasional difficult service-recovery call, outbound prospecting, and the detailed follow-through it takes to move an affiliation agreement or student placement to completion. Success looks like a portfolio where nothing falls through the cracks, dormant sites come back online, and new placement capacity keeps opening up.
