Client Success owns the relationship and value-realization discipline for Atmosera 's managed services clients after the sale, connecting client priorities to service performance, renewal readiness, and expansion opportunities. The Vice President, Client Success leads the Client Success Manager and Technical Client Success Manager functions and serves as a peer partner to the leaders of Client Operations and Security Operations. This leader works closely with Sales, Professional Services, Finance, Microsoft alliance stakeholders, and operational leaders to create one connected client experience. Client Success owns relationship strategy, client health, value realization, executive engagement, retention, and renewal readiness.
