Responsibilities: Networking & Security: Manage network platforms, firewalls, VPNs, and implement policy-based routing and load balancing. Azure Expertise: A minimum of 3 years in Azure Cloud support experience . AZ-104 highly preferred - If not employees must obtain certification within 90 days or be subject to termination Incident Management: Act as an escalation point for technicians, troubleshooting and resolving high-priority incidents following ITIL best practices. Manage service requests according to change management procedures. Monitor, analyze, and resolve incidents for customer infrastructure in Azure.
