How you will contribute: Our Implementation Specialist brings a builder mindset to client configurations of our payroll tax product, proactively translating requirements into scalable, accurate solutions. This role drives successful adoption of our solutions by leading training, defining client requirements with clarity, executing configurations, validating outcomes through testing, and taking ownership of implementation results from kickoff through stabilization.
