IT Recruiter

Hello! We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for posting, filtering, screening, and recruiting for all our IT profiles. Functions: Posting on various job portals and platforms; Managing job postings on social media; Candidate screening; Candidate filtering; Adding candidates to the ATS; Coordinating interviews and candidate evaluations; Competency-based candidate interviews; Developing reports and reference checks. Requirements: 1-2 years of experience as a Recruitment & Selection Analyst/Recruiter (Desirable); Experience with IT profiles (Essential); Knowledge and experience in Recruitment 3.0 strategies; Proficiency in Office and/or CRM/ATS. Conditions: 3-month fixed-term contract with transition to permanent; ROWE methodology (Results-Only Work Environment).
