Chapter Leader II Backend Java

Objective: Responsible for evolving the specialty of chapter members to ensure the early delivery of value with high quality and productivity, respecting guidelines, architectural standards, security, and data policies. Functions: Has a vision for the technology of the specialty to which they belong. Acts as a technical reference for other team members. Ensures that chapter members know the guidelines, standards, software development practices, frameworks, and tools, and know when and how to apply them. Leads a team of 4 people. Experience: 4 to 8 years of experience participating in projects with solutions integrating Java backend components. Experience developing APIs/microservices and/or integration components (web services, REST services). Experience in Banking and Finance, Telecommunications, or Application Provider Companies (preferred but not mandatory). Experience solving complex problems or issues related to the specialty's technology. Experience in software development best practices. Experience in Security Frameworks. Experience leading teams. Education: Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Informatics, Software Engineering, Electronics, or related fields (Completed technical studies). Skills: Advanced knowledge in: - Application of programming best practices (Mandatory). - Object-Oriented Programming (Mandatory). - Distributed version control systems like Git (Mandatory).
