Residential Property Desk Claims Adjuster

Manage an inventory of property claims and evaluate coverage and damages. Conduct investigations and establish action plans based on policy, best practices, and state regulations. Communicate with policyholders, public adjusters, attorneys, and third parties throughout the claims process. Review estimates and negotiate fair settlements with insureds and vendors. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely resolution of claims. Apply knowledge of policy, Xactimate, and claims handling guidelines.
