Senior Accountant (Remote - USA)

We are building out a best-in-class accounting function to support our next phase of growth, and we're looking for a Senior Accountant who is ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and help us scale our accounting operations. Position Summary The Senior Accountant will play a key role in the monthly close process, technical accounting, and day-to-day accounting operations at AssetIntel . This role requires someone who is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across the organization. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in software/SaaS accounting and revenue recognition (ASC 606), and thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment. This role reports directly to the CFO and is highly visible within the organization, with the opportunity to make a real impact on the company through financial reporting. Key Responsibilities Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, prepaids, and revenue recognition entries, in accordance with GAAP and ASC 606. Support the month-end and quarter-end close process, helping to drive a continuous close model and meet close deadlines. Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and resolve reconciling items in a timely manner. Maintain and analyze deferred revenue schedules and other revenue-related accounts. Lead adoption and processing of deferred commissions in conjunction
