Senior ML Engineer

What you will do: As a Machine Learning Engineer in the Science team, you will design and deploy the AI systems at the core of our products. Examples include agents that handle recruitment tasks, a voice AI that conducts interviews, or tools that analyze interactions between recruiters and candidates. The challenges are diverse: voice, text, agents, probabilistic modeling. You choose the approach based on the problem, not the other way around. You will work daily with our ML engineers, psychometricians, Product Managers, and tech teams. You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer, who leads Product and Science, as well as your Team Lead. Your missions: Develop autonomous AI agents: design agentic systems.
