This is a player-coach role with direct responsibility for building and leading the sales team while carrying a personal quota. The Sales Director will set sales priorities, strengthen pipeline quality and conversion, coach regional sellers, and maintain accountability for forecast and revenue delivery. The individual will also personally originate and lead strategic hospitality-group opportunities and selected high-value hotel deals across HID InvoTech Uniform Management, HID Acuity and Invotion Linen Management, and related RFID textile solutions.
