Join our team and discover why we are a top veteran employer and Certified Great Place to Work™ ASRC Federal Professional Services LLC is seeking dual-hatted Subcontract Team Lead & DAI Technical Support Specialist with an active U.S. Government Secret Security Clearance to provide Tier I Help Desk support, technical troubleshooting, user management assistance, training support, and system sustainment support for the Joint Staff DAI Operating Unit. This position supports end users utilizing the Defense Agencies Initiative (DAI) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and assists with resolving financial system issues, user account management, reporting discrepancies, and operational support requirements. Job Duties Include: The following reflects management’s definition of essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Supervise, manage, and lead up to 10 other subcontractor personnel. This includes, but is not limited to, hiring, coaching, mentoring, reviewing/approving timesheets, coaching, mentoring, assisting with professional development, reviewing/allocating annual merit pay, utilizing progressive discipline, and terminating employees.
