The role We're looking for a Senior TA Partner to own complex, specialized searches in our Cybersecurity/GRC and Salesforce ecosystem practices. You'll partner directly with client hiring managers, run full-cycle searches for senior and hard-to-fill roles, and help shape how our team uses AI across sourcing, screening and evaluation. This is a hands-on senior IC role with real influence on how the operation evolves.
