The Interpreter will be responsible for providing accurate and culturally appropriate interpretation services during OPI/VRI sessions. They will ensure clear communication between parties and uphold confidentiality and professionalism throughout each session. Responsibilities: Provide accurate and clear interpretation of verbal communication between Sinhalese-speaking patients and healthcare providers. -Ensure patient confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards such as HIPAA. -Accurately interpret complex medical terminology in both languages. -Facilitate communication and ensure understanding between healthcare professionals and patients, ensuring cultural sensitivity.
