Ashland has an exciting opportunity for a strategic and results-oriented Regional Business Development Manager to join our Diagnostic Films business in our Asia-Pacific [APAC] region . Reporting to the Business Leader, Diagnostic Films, this role is responsible for developing and executing regional growth strategies, strengthening distributor performance, expanding end-user engagement, and identifying new business opportunities for Ashland 's Gafchromic™ and Rad-Sure™ product portfolios. This position may be based in any APAC location (Vietnam preferred) and requires approximately 30% travel throughout the region. The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: Commercial Growth & Market Development Develop and execute regional growth strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets across APAC. Identify and pursue new market opportunities, applications, customer segments, and strategic accounts.
