Senior Regulatory Advisor (Non-Food)

The role In this role you will be advising clients, their suppliers and Ashbury advisors, on how to get it right. You will be using your regulatory knowledge and experience to inquisitively question and challenge to ensure Ashbury clients have due diligence and are compliant with the law. You will be accountable for quality, accurate and timely risk-based advice, which enables our customers to launch products competitively and safely. This role is key to the delivery of our services to our clients. You will be part of the largest team within Ashbury , Advisory Services. The Advisory Services Team is made of both industry and regulatory professionals, with expertise in food and non-food, across manufacturing and retail internationally. You will be responsible for: Providing regulatory advice to Ashbury and its clients, to ensure products are legally compliant. The advice should be risk based, commercially competitive and in line with the clients’ policies, where applicable Researching and horizon scanning for changes and developments, which effect the regulatory landscape in which Ashbury and our clients operate Reviewing and advising changes to Ashbury clients’ policies, considering new regulations, guidance, and codes of practice Client customer compliant management, writing responses and managing escalated and/or serious complaints.
