Engineering Tech Lead

Most of our applications are built in Java, so an interest in working with this technology and providing technical leadership to the team is required! Mentor, motivate, and develop the team of engineers through 1:1 meetings, individual development plans (IDPs), and other monitoring initiatives; Analyze technical feasibility, define, plan, and implement new features; Make technical decisions and resolve complex problems; Maintain established standards and practices in the area, guiding the team to transform business logic into high-quality code.
