Senior Product Designer - Marketplace (Flapp Store)

You will be part of a multidisciplinary squad responsible for the Flapp Store, the marketplace of Asaas. The squad's mission is to connect Asaas customers with solutions that increase their business productivity, featuring discovery, hiring, and activation journeys that are simple, reliable, and high-converting. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be the design reference for the Flapp Store and will drive the visual and functional evolution of the product. You will have the autonomy to find opportunities, advocate for hypotheses, and put strategic improvements into practice, working alongside Product, Engineering, Data, and business areas. Your challenge will be to balance user needs, business goals, and operational requirements to create experiences that reduce friction, increase conversion, and build trust throughout the purchasing and payment process. Be the design reference for the Flapp Store across the entire product lifecycle: discovery, delivery, and results tracking; Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, interviews, and data analysis to find opportunities within the marketplace journey; Map discovery, hiring, and checkout flows, identifying drop-off points and conversion opportunities; Use funnel metrics (conversion, clicks, journey, etc.)
