Noc Analyst

This is a remote position. Position : Noc Analyst Experience: 4-10 years Work mode: Remote Notice :15-20 days or Immediate Five days working 2 days off Timings:11:15pm – 7:15am EST Required Skills: NOC 24*7 operations Production Support Cloud Technologies:GCP or GKE most of them don’t have so check for AWS or azure if they have GCP that’s good! AppDynamics or similar APM platforms: Splunk or similar log-management platforms SolarWinds or similar infrastructure/network monitoring Jira / Jira Service Management OpsGenie or similar alerting/on-call platforms: Kubernetes Required / Strongly Preferred Experience in a 24x7 NOC, operations, production support, or similar environment. Experience monitoring critical production systems. Experience with incident triage and escalation. Experience participating in or coordinating major incident bridges. Cloud technology experience; GCP/GKE preferred . Application and infrastructure monitoring experience. Experience working with logs and monitoring data. Understanding of basic application, infrastructure, and network concepts. Ability to correlate information across multiple monitoring systems.
