Payroll Specialist (m/w/d)

For the central human resources management of our clinic group, we are looking for reinforcement in the payroll accounting department as soon as possible. As part of our central HR payroll team, you will support multiple clinic locations and work closely with local HR referents. At the same time, you will accompany the further development and digitalization of our HR processes. Your responsibilities include creating monthly payrolls for our employees, including wages, salaries, bonuses, and deductions. You maintain and update personnel master data, ensuring their quality and completeness. You serve as a contact person for our HR departments and employees regarding all payroll questions. You generate reports and statistics and work closely with financial accounting. You support HR measures and participate in the optimization of payroll processes. You implement current requirements from income tax, social security, and labor law into payroll processing. You support digitalization and HR projects, especially the introduction of the new tool.
