Location: India Experience: 12+ Years Shift: Flexible to work until midnight IST Key Expertise: Oracle Fusion SCM Procurement & Purchasing Demand Planning / MRP / Supply Planning Product Development Hub (PDH) NPI / NIR Manufacturing & Inventory Costing, Logistics & Fulfillment OTBI / BIP & SCM Reporting Oracle Fusion Integrations Production Support & Quarterly Upgrades UAT, Testing & Deployment SOX, Audit & Compliance REQUIREMENTS 12+ years of Oracle ERP/SCM experience Strong hands-on Oracle Fusion SCM expertise Experience across Supply Chain & Manufacturing Strong stakeholder & executive communication skills Experience in regulated / audit-controlled environments Business-focused approach to process optimization and transformation Preferred: Experience in Life Sciences, Diagnostics, Medical Devices or other regulated manufacturing environments, along with Oracle Fusion SCM certification.
