Delivery Consultant, Nutanix Migration

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Delivery Consultant - Nutanix Migration to lead the Nutanix migration and all associated technical work. This role will be responsible for the end-to-end technical execution of the migration, from discovery and assessment of the existing vSphere environment through migration planning, Nutanix Move execution, guest remediation, application validation, and operational handoff. Responsibilities Lead discovery and assessment of the existing vSphere estate: VM inventory, dependencies, network/VLAN mapping, storage profiles, guest OS and application constraints Design and document the migration wave plan, including grouping by application dependency, maintenance windows, rollback criteria, and success criteria Deploy, configure, and operate Nutanix Move at scale, including seeding, delta syncs, cutover scheduling, and throughput tuning Identify and remediate VMs that are not Move-eligible (unsupported guest OS, RDMs, shared disks, VMware Tools is
