It operates in application governance, licensing, specialized support, automation, and continuous service improvement, ensuring secure, reliable solutions aligned with business needs and corporate standards. Scope: Global Location: Any location in Brazil Role Description Act as a specialized technical consultant, providing platform-independent guidance to support business, architecture, and operations objectives. Responsible for advanced support of engineering applications and platforms, contributing to their reliability, security, performance, and evolution in collaboration with global teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Role Responsibilities Provide advanced technical support (L3) to engineering applications and platforms, resolving incidents and
