Role Overview The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is a leadership role responsible for managing and executing ArboStar ’s paid media strategy, PR and partnership initiatives, and overall marketing campaigns . This role will guide the PPC team, collaborate with sales, product, and operations, and ensure marketing efforts generate high-quality, revenue-oriented results. This role is ideal for a B2B SaaS marketer with deep PPC experience, conversion optimization expertise, and a strategic mindset who can elevate the team and campaigns to the next level. Key Responsibilities 1. Paid Media Leadership Lead paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads, Capterra, and other B2B channels. Plan and execute search campaigns, paid social campaigns, retargeting campaigns, and display campaigns focused on lead generation and pipeline quality. Manage budgets of $20,000+ per month , allocating spend efficiently across campaigns. Me
