Program Analyst, Sr - QUERI

Job Summary Program Analyst, Sr – QUERI Aptive Resources is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Research and Development (ORD) Quality Enhancement Research Initiative (QUERI), under the Field Enterprise Research Support Services contract. The role supports QUERI's implementation science, quality improvement, and program evaluation portfolio by developing and executing processes for measuring, synthesizing, and reporting on project impacts, and by managing the administrative infrastructure — databases, information collection tools, file repositories, and standard operating procedures — that support oversight of funded projects. This position supports QUERI's mission in furtherance of the Foundations for Evidence-based Policymaking Act of 2018 by applying implementation science and quality improvement knowledge to the measurement and synthesis of program and project impacts at an organizational level. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to independently manage administrative processes, apply artificial intelligence tools, including Claude, to problem-solving and process improvement, and support program-level decision-making through analysis and recommendations within a complex, matrixed research organization.
