German-speaking Travel Consultant in Greece - Remote

Our client, a global leader in customer experience solutions, is partnering with one of the world's largest online travel platforms. We are looking for a German-speaking travel consultant in Greece – either on-site or working from home. You will assist travelers and accommodation partners worldwide, ensuring a smooth booking experience and excellent service. Your Responsibilities: Handling incoming customer and partner inquiries via phone, email, and chat in German and English. Assisting with reservations, cancellations, changes, and general travel inquiries. Providing guidance on platform tools, policies, and procedures. Logging all interactions in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and traceability. Identifying problems, resolving them quickly, and escalating when necessary. Maintaining professionalism and empathy, especially in stressful situations. Continuously ensuring service quality and customer satisfaction. Requirements: Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken). Very good computer and multitasking skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
